Sales Stand Manager

Mira Developments is a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer renowned for creating fully furnished residential and commercial properties in collaboration with globally recognized brands. Their flagship projects include Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home in Meydan District 11 and Trussardi Residences in Al Furjan, both exemplifying their commitment to high-end, innovative living spaces.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Stand Supervisor to oversee and manage five developer sales stands across key locations in Dubai. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining corporate standards, supervising brokers, and optimizing lead collection processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage five developer sales stands, ensuring they are well-organized and fully operational.
• Develop and maintain broker shift schedules (three shifts per day, minimum three brokers per shift).
• Ensure marketing materials, printed collateral, and promotional items are available at all stands.
• Supervise the lead collection process, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the CRM system.
• Track and report broker attendance and lead collection performance.
• Conduct daily inspections of stands to ensure adherence to corporate standards.
• Address technical or operational issues promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks, including daily reports and updating performance trackers.

Requirements

• Experience : 2+ years in sales, real estate, or retail supervision.
• Skills : Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Availability : Full-time, must be flexible with shifts and location-based work.
• Preferred : Experience in Dubai’s real estate sector and have own car.
