Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate and development sector. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Promote and sell real estate properties by presenting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings to facilitate sales transactions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding high professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • UAE National (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate and development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus.
