Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants for POS and acquiring solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses across various industries.
Present and sell payment solutions, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and acquiring services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience 1-2 Years in POS sales, acquiring, or payments industry.
Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, card payments, and transaction processing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Familiarity with digital payments, fintech solutions, and banking relationships is an advantage.
