This Position reports to :

FES Channel Manager (EPCs)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist- Oil & Gas, you will lead the country sales for the Oil & Gas (O&G) segment, driving revenue, developing and implementing strategic plans, increasing market share, and maintaining relationships with a focus on business profitability. This role is based in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Head of EPC Channel Sales, you will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and close sales opportunities.

  • Work model: onsite
  • Create, implement, and review sales support strategies to ensure high execution and success rates.
  • Drive the O&G sales strategy collaboratively with the Business Line team, understanding key business drivers and market impact.
  • Identify and engage potential decision-makers, working closely with ADNOC and its subsidiaries.
  • Monitor competitor activity and formulate appropriate response strategies.
  • Manage costs, achieve sales volume and product mix targets, set pricing and margins, and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and monitor customer financial status, reporting changes to internal teams.
  • Ensure effective marketing communication and build strong customer relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Follow business governance and control guidelines, seeking approval for large bids as per procedures.

Qualifications for the Role

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in front-end sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required; fields of study in Electrical Engineering or an MBA are a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial, legal terms, and project risk management.
  • Solution-focused, with strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Influencing, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Understanding market demand, customer budgeting, and purchasing behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
