We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to join a luxury fashion brand that’s making waves in the glamour niche. This role is based in the Middle East and requires an experienced sales professional with deep industry connections and a proven ability to bring in high-value clients and deals from the glamour segment – including celebrities, influencers, luxury stylists, red carpet events, and high-end retailers.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing relationships in the Middle Eastern glamour and luxury fashion scene to generate new business opportunities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with key players in the fashion, entertainment, and high-end retail spaces
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand visibility at high-profile events and within elite networks
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to tailor sales strategies that resonate with regional clientele
  • Deliver against monthly / quarterly sales targets with full accountability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in luxury or glamour fashion, ideally within the Middle East
  • Strong, existing network of clients and decision-makers in the glamour or luxury fashion ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, relationship-driven deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regionally for client meetings, fashion events, and industry gatherings
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
