Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals, while supporting with technical insights and product positioning in life sciences.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales objectives, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies; incorporate insights into strategic planning to maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively introduce new products, services, and solutions to customers, positioning them effectively to meet client needs.
- Strategically manage pricing within the territory to ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation to support management and performance tracking.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues related to supply and pricing.
- Represent Al Nawras professionally and positively during all customer interactions, including site visits and presentations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, ideally within the research laboratory or life sciences industry.
- Technical knowledge and experience in molecular biology, protein analysis, cell biology, etc..
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong expertise in proteomics, genomics, gene expression, and tissue culture techniques.
- A solid understanding of life sciences industry, market, customers and brands.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet research.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to customer locations.
