Job Overview:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the sales & technical/clinical support of hearing aids & cochlear implants products across Abu Dhabi Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coverage of Governmental & Privates Hospitals / Medical centers.
• Provide clinical and technical support on all aspects of hearing aids products (technical support/troubleshooting, fitting/testing, software installation, training, etc.).
• Keeping up with sales to achieve a better market penetration of the hearing-impaired population in the UAE region.
• Developing the general understanding of the products in the market by ensuring the acceptance of hearing aid products as a viable treatment for both adults and children.
• Supporting the achievement of reimbursement for all products from a clinical/technical perspective.
• Achievement of the forecasted sales figures/margins.
• Responsible for clinical/technical support of the product lines.

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology.
• Atleast 4 years if experience as a Sales Specialist/Audiologist in UAE.
• Experience in sales and technical support of Hearing Aids.
• Experience with Cochlear Implants is preferable.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Bilingual is is preferred.
