Ontime Group is looking for a skilled Sales Specialist for Recruitment Contracts to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with clients seeking recruitment solutions. Your expertise will help drive the expansion of our recruitment services and optimize client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to recruitment contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new ones
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing models to secure profitable recruitment agreements
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to improve service delivery
Attend industry events to network and promote recruitment services
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Specialist preferably in recruitment or staffing
Strong understanding of recruitment services and contract negotiation
Driving license is a must
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market needs and identify growth opportunities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
