Job Title: FMCG Sales Specialist
Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of fast-moving consumer goods, and a proven track record of driving growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and market expansion. This role requires regular travel to meet clients and ensure product visibility across retail and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (volume, revenue, market share).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand penetration and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular sales visits and business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional offers, and terms for mutual benefit.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze sales data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and POS initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports detailing performance, target progress, and market feedback.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to inventory planning based on demand.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG or retail sales.
- Knowledge of FMCG products and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data for decision-making.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
