We are looking for a Female Sales Specialist to join our growing Dermatology & Cosmetology Department . This in-house position focuses on engaging directly with clients and promoting a curated range of over-the-counter skincare, wellness, and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and passionate about skincare, with proven experience in dermatology, cosmetics, or beauty sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively approach and engage with clients
• Promote, explain, and sell skincare products and treatment packages
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
• Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing product display
• Track daily sales, stock levels, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Support promotional campaigns and bundle offers
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, skincare trends, and technologies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to offer tailored recommendations

Requirements :

• Female, well-presented, well-groomed, with a confident and approachable demeanor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or dermatology-related sales
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Energetic, client-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and beauty trends
• Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic center, or wellness setup is an advantage
