Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and committed Sales Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will handle all daily sales operations, explore new customer leads, and manage client relationships. You will work independently and report directly to the General Manager, playing a critical role in building our customer base during our startup phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers across the UAE
• Promote Cresco’s paper cup solutions to businesses in food service, retail, and packaging sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Manage orders and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales performance reports
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance incentives

Requirements

• Proven experience in disposable packaging or paper cup sales
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently
• Solid understanding of the UAE market with readiness to travel locally
• Familiarity with the UAE market and willingness to travel locally
