We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and offering recommendations for tax optimization. Experience in the real estate sector, particularly in property leasing and sales, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  2. Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts.
  3. Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles (e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
  4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial information.
  5. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  6. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Perform tax planning and advise on tax optimization strategies.
  9. Collaborate with financial auditors to ensure proper completion of audit reports.
  10. Manage financial documentation and records in compliance with company policies and other regulatory requirements.
  11. Offer insights on the financial health of the organization.
  12. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
