Job Overview

We need a results-driven Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience in [B2B/B2C sales, SaaS, real estate, etc.]. You ll be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while representing KILONEWTONS in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Requirements

3+ years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C, [industry-specific]).
Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
Excellent communication (English + Arabic preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools & sales analytics.
UAE driving license (preferred for client meetings).
Immediate joiners preferred.
