As a Sales Specialist in Building Materials, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering product knowledge. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to provide tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Provide expert knowledge of building material product.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and customer service).
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
