The Sonar Solutions Engineering team is dedicated to helping prospective customers achieve technical success with our products. This is your chance to join a growing team as we scale our efforts to maximize impact on our targeted customer base.

As a Solutions Engineer at Sonar, you'll play a central role in providing deep technical expertise to prospects and supporting them in evaluating our solutions. The SE team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams to provide feedback on product evolution and messaging. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Helping prospective customers understand how our 'Clean as You Code' approach fits within their software development lifecycle.
• Driving technical aspects of presales opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations.
• Advising customers on aligning Sonar solutions with their deployment strategies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered during product evaluation.
• Ensuring successful product adoption and growth post-sale by collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Helping existing customers explore additional capabilities of advanced product editions.
• Providing technical enablement to channel partners to enhance their service levels.

The skills you will demonstrate

• Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
• Enjoy delivering compelling demonstrations that help people understand software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot, develop solutions, and communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
• Proven teamwork experience, including giving and receiving feedback and sharing knowledge.
• A proactive attitude: challenging the status quo, leading, and contributing to improvements and innovations.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in German, Spanish, or French are highly desirable.
