Sales & Service Coordinator

• Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Address basic customer inquiries and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate department. Must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
• Database & CRM Management – Maintain and update customer and service records in the company's database/log.
• Inventory Coordination – Track inventory and spare parts availability, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Service Scheduling & Dispatch – Ensure that service calls are scheduled efficiently and technicians are properly assigned.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all reports, service documents, and quotations comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Follow-Up – Work with the sales team to follow up on pending quotations and those already provided to customers.
• Setting Up Sales – Assist the sales team in arranging meetings with customers regarding sales quotations.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management – Assist in creating content for social media posts related to company products, services, and promotions. Support marketing efforts by providing relevant updates from after-sales and service activities.
