As we expand our footprint in theUAE and Gulf region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedSales Secretaryto support our team inSharjah Free Zone.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveSales Secretaryto provide comprehensive support to our regional Sales team. The ideal candidate will manage communication, assist with document preparation, and coordinate internal and external tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Assist in preparing commercial quotations and product documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries, assist with complaints, and follow up on ongoing deals.
  • Conduct market research and prepare summaries or insights to support business development.
  • Maintain and update CRM/sales databases with accuracy.
  • Support coordination between sales, logistics, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize digital and physical document filing systems for quick access and regulatory compliance.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent command of English(written and spoken) is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (Sales Coordinator, Personal Assistant, or Secretary).
  • Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) andCRM/ERP systems.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Self-driven and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preference Given To:

  • Candidates withvalid UAE residency visa (own visa/spouse visa/freelancer).
  • Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
