About the Role

As a Sales & Revenue Executive you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for hospitality.

What Youll Do

  • Key Responsibility 1:

    Promptly politely and accurately handles all telephone reservations according to corporate standards.

  • Key Responsibility 2: Checks for accuracy and completeness all reservations in the system to ensure that they reflect all the pertinent details.
  • Key Responsibility 3: Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
  • Key Responsibility 4: Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
  • Key Responsibility 5: Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in sales and/or revenue management in hospitality & tourism.
  • Skills: Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor Degree or Diploma
