4M Creative House in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced, target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on generating new business in the digital printing industry, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored print solutions.

You will visit clients across Dubai and the UAE, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience specifically in the DIGITAL PRINTING industry.
• Hands-on experience selling digital printing products/services.
• Experience with digital printing, large-format printing, signage, branding, stickers, banners, or related digital print products.
• Existing client network in Dubai/UAE will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

4M Creative House is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.

Important: This position is strictly for candidates with previous sales experience in the DIGITAL PRINTING industry. Candidates without digital printing sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and develop a strong portfolio of clients in the digital printing industry.
• Identify and approach potential customers across Dubai and the UAE.
• Visit clients, understand their printing requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the order process.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, quotations, and sales activities.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience specifically in the DIGITAL PRINTING industry.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience selling digital printing products/services.
• Experience with digital printing, large-format printing, signage, branding, stickers, banners, promotional printing, UV printing, vehicle graphics, or related digital print products is highly preferred.
• Existing client network in Dubai/UAE will be a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
