Job summary

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for STADA Gulf’s Specialty portfolio in Oman.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacies and healthcare professionals, to promote STADA Gulf’s Specialty portfolio and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and gather customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure effective product launches, promotional activities, POS, Merchandising trends and inventory management.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and insights to management, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements :

  • Must have a Pharmacist License in Oman
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in Oman, preferably in Specialty Healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Oman healthcare market, regulatory environment, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
