We are an innovative vertical farming company based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, dedicated to producing premium, locally grown leafy microgreens, herbs, and specialty crops. Our mission is to redefine freshness and sustainability in the food supply chain, delivering exceptional quality directly from our farm to top-tier clients.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative to lead our commercial development in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector across the UAE. This role is ideal for a young professional with strong sales experience in the foodservice industry and a passion for high-quality, locally produced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a portfolio of HoReCa clients, including fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and premium catering companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement officers.
  • Promote our range of vertically farmed products, emphasizing freshness, sustainability, and local sourcing.
  • Conduct tastings, presentations, and on-site visits to showcase product value.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process : prospecting, negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Collaborate with the farm operations team to align supply with customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the HoReCa or premium food & beverage sector in the UAE.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE’s high-end foodservice landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and food innovation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
