Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
Provide regular updates on progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to Sales Manager and Management team.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities to meet sales targets.
Help forecast and track key account metrics.
Maintain an updated client database.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow sales opportunities.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunities for new products/services.
Prepare and follow up on a weekly plan of meetings with clients.
Manage supplier visits and ensure they are properly entertained.
Organize monthly warehouse visits for VIP clients.
Arrange quarterly outing events with the customer service and logistics teams.
Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM practices, with the ability to build productive business relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Strong relationship management skills with a willingness to accept feedback and grow.
