Role Summary
Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth within its Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division in Northwest Florida. The role focuses on achieving revenue, margin, and product mix objectives through building strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and end-users while promoting Tremco s industry-leading products and solutions.

What You ll Do
* Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets
* Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
* Drive product specifications and project opportunities in the assigned territory
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers
* Prepare and deliver annual territory plans and monthly forecasts
* Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for account management and lead tracking
* Deliver technical presentations and support training sessions for clients and internal teams
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Tremco products and services
* Maintain a deep understanding of all product lines and market dynamics
* Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with internal teams on client solutions
* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and professional image
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management (preferred)
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in construction-related sales or technical roles
* Strong knowledge of construction systems such as waterproofing, air barriers, or modular assemblies
* Familiarity with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and related technologies is an advantage
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
* Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to build long-term client relationships
