Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the high-end furniture market within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury goods, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a sophisticated approach to sales, focusing on personalized service and an in-depth knowledge of design trends and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
- Provide personalized consultations, understanding client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate high-end furniture collections, highlighting unique features, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
Product Expertise:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including materials, construction, finishes, customization options, and design philosophies.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the luxury furniture sector.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-end furniture to clients.
Showroom & Operations:
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, reflecting the luxury and elegance of our brand.
- Assist clients with product selection, space planning, and design solutions.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and smooth execution.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in high-end furniture, luxury retail, or interior design in the UAE market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive luxury market.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own transport is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
