Udrive is the Middle East’s first car-sharing company, licensed by Dubai’s RTA. We offer short-term vehicle rentals via a user-friendly Smartphone App. Our mission is to deliver efficient, cost-effective transportation solutions while minimizing the negative impacts of private car ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage prospective clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Industry Targeting: Focus on sectors such as construction, real estate, and hospitality that require fleet or executive transport solutions.
- Field Sales and Outreach: Conduct visits to construction sites, offices, and exhibitions to promote our luxury vehicle offerings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order execution, accurate quotations, and seamless delivery of vehicles.
- Product Presentation and Follow-Up: Present vehicle options and service packages, prepare detailed quotations, and follow up on all inquiries to close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
- Presentable and Confident: Strong personal presentation and confidence in dealing with high-profile clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Sales Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or car rental industry.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the UAE market, especially within the car rental industry or solely cars.
- UAE Driving License: Mandatory.
