Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
- Build a pipeline of prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate new leads.
- Present product features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.
3. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Follow up on sales leads to ensure timely conversions.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer concerns and provide post-sale support.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
5. Payment Follow-up & Collection:
- Coordinate with team ensuring invoices are proper with agreed payment terms mentioned and reach customers timely, further monitoring outstanding payments.
- Regular follow-ups, communicate firmly to ensure timely collections.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on collections & outstanding amounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Communication, Collaboration, and Strong Management Skills.
Experience: 5 to 7 years as a Sales Representative, preferably in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
