We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in attracting top sales talent and ensuring their seamless integration into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales recruitment and a passion for developing and supporting new sales staff through effective onboarding and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment:
  2. Develop and implement effective sales hiring strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
  3. Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  5. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview stages.
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for future hiring needs.
  1. Onboarding & Training:
  2. Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  3. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to equip new staff with necessary sales techniques and product knowledge.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of new hires, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
  5. Collaborate with sales managers to identify ongoing training needs and implement relevant programs.
  6. Stay updated on the latest sales trends and incorporate best practices into training modules.
