Sales Promoter

The Sales Promoter - Cosmetics is responsible for driving sales and promoting beauty and skincare products to customers. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, demonstrating product benefits, and providing expert advice on skincare and makeup. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate cosmetic products.
2. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by persuading customers to make purchases.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's products, ingredients, and benefits.
5. Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup application and skincare trials.
6. Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products based on their skin type and concerns.
7. Keep the display area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
8. Track inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
9. Educate customers on current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
10. Gather customer feedback and report it to the sales and marketing teams for improvement.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in cosmetology or beauty sales is a plus.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or cosmetics promotion.
3. Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup trends.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-friendly approach.
5. Ability to demonstrate and apply makeup effectively.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
8. Knowledge of different skin types and cosmetic products is an advantage.
