About the Role:

We are hiring 30 energetic Sales Promoters to represent our electronics brand in high-traffic retail environments across the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a flair for engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through persuasive promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote electronics/similar products through live demonstrations in malls, hypermarkets, and events.
2. Engage customers with persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge.
3. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report performance to supervisors.
4. Collect customer feedback and escalate queries to the sales team.
5. Work flexible shifts (including weekends/public holidays as per retail schedules).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Nationality: Any nationals only (must be on own visa or tourist visa).
2. Experience: 1–2 years in electronics promotions, FMCG, or retail sales.

Skills:

1. Excellent face-to-face communication (English/Hindi; Arabic a plus).
2. Energetic, outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills.
3. Basic understanding of UAE retail dynamics (preferred).
4. Attributes: Target-driven with ability to work under pressure.
5. Team player willing to adapt to flexible shift rotations.
