General

Water Solutions is seeking a Sales- and Project Manager - Internal Sales, for the DuPont Water business in EMEA to grow the business within the region. The position is part of the new “projects” group in the commercial organization of DuPont Water Solutions. This committed role will provide a challenging mixture of commercial and technical activities to accelerate project growth with all integrated product lines. Ideally the individual responsible for this role will reside in Dubai (UAE).

The Sales- & Project Manager is expected to:

  • Support the new integrated DuPont water portfolio including UF, MBR and RO.
  • Provide Technical & Commercial support to the team through all project phases (strategic, proposal, execution).
  • Document control for large & complex projects.
  • Internal coordination of customer requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides commercial & technical support to the team in proposal phase - sizing, design, costing, documents - for proposal submittal and execution.
  • Projections, System Designs for OEMs.
  • Commercial and technical clarification of purchase orders, after sales support.
  • Provides backoffice support if needed to on site technicians in execution phase.
  • Customer & Sales (KAM, CDM) Liaison and Communication & Support.
  • Lead management and distribution.
  • Direct quotations for baseline customers & spare parts in alignment with involved functions.
  • Support in the preparation of complex proposals for projects (e.g. Large Projects).
  • Product guidance and selection.
  • Elaboration/Submission of Quotations (incl. Pilot Plants), Contracts, Documents for Tenders, etc.
  • Support for Forecast / Reporting / customer specific SAP/Salesforce evaluations.
  • Receives input, support from Technical Specialists (TS&D).
  • Support for cross-functional activities.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years work experience in technical/commercial functions, such as Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service or Project Management in water treatment.
  • Profound commercial & technical experience with UF/MBR & RO Technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – other tools e.g. Salesforce, CPQ, SAP beneficial.
  • Fluent in English.
