The new DesignHaus Collection is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team as we expand our operations.
This role involves seeking new business and overseeing furnishing projects from inception to completion. The Sales & Project Coordinator will be prospecting for new clients by cold calling,responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring timely and efficient projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospecting for new business opportunities on a daily basis, identifying potential clients, and promoting DesignHaus products and services.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management: Selling furnishing packages to homeowners and providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the entire furnishing project lifecycle, from initial consultation through to delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Team Communication: Act as a liaison between various team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication across the project.
- Administrative Support: Handle all administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Deadline & Workflow Management: Efficiently manage timelines, deadlines, and resources to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion.
