Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Business & Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This is a commission-based opportunity with highly competitive rates, offering significant earning potential for the right candidate.

This role offers the freedom to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai to best serve our primary market in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to grow with our expanding company.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients in the real estate sector, with primary focus on the UAE market and secondary focus on global opportunities
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and determine fit with our AI solutions
  • Sales Presentations: Demonstrate the value of Gini and our Agent Platform to potential clients
  • Negotiations & Deal Closing: Drive sales conversations to successful conclusion
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with real estate agencies and agents
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with our evolving product suite
  • Performance Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline progress

Compensation
