Job description

We are looking for Sales Operations Specialist in Abu Dhabi.

Below is the job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end sales support activities, including documentation and coordination.
  • Manage customer portal registrations and ensure timely updates.
  • Review and validate IT tender documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and required submissions.
  • Analyze tender specifications and provide initial feedback to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for proposals.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on status updates.
  • Visit client or government offices for on-site submissions and document collections.
  • Maintain organized records of tender responses and sales documentation.
  • Support the sales team with operational tasks to streamline the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in sales operations, preferably in a technology or system integrator environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic & English.
  • Male candidates based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE driving license are preferred due to the need for frequent on-site visits.
  • Strong knowledge of handling customer portals, tender validation, and document preparation is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT tender processes and the ability to analyze technical requirements is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, will ensure success in this role.
