Sales Operations Executive

Location: The Opus, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: UK Market Hours, 10:30am - 7:30pm

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, supporting our Business Development and Trading teams across the UAE, UK and wider Europe.

This is a fast paced, varied and client facing role covering deal booking, client onboarding, payments, reporting and operational support.

You will play an important role in keeping deals and client requests moving efficiently, coordinating with Traders and front office teams, and ensuring clients receive a professional and responsive experience throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide day to day operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers, Executives and Traders across our international teams.
• Manage deal booking and take ownership of related tasks and requests from the Trading team.
• Support client onboarding across both direct and online registration routes.
• Communicate directly with clients to guide them through onboarding requirements and outstanding documentation.
• Assist with KYC and compliance documentation, including sale and purchase contracts and source of funds information.
• Complete beneficiary verification checks and ensure payment details and supporting documentation are accurate.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and documentation, working closely with Traders and front office teams to resolve queries and delays.
• Support payment processing and funding through to trade execution, liaising with relevant payment platform providers and internal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly call reports and support regular sales meetings and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate client, deal and operational information across relevant systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the smooth running of wider commercial operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident, proactive and comfortable working at pace.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, financial services, payments or business administration.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience with client onboarding, KYC documentation, payments or deal booking would be advantageous.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Equals, Sciopay or CurrencyCloud would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Spanish or French language skills would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you should be someone who takes ownership, follows things through and doesn't wait to be chased. You'll be dealing with clients, Traders and front office teams throughout the day, so strong communication, accuracy and the ability to stay organised under pressure are essential.
