Partner with the best

You will be responsible for the implementation of the S&OP process and compliance with Head Quarter governance, including S&OP output graphs/datasets, KPIs, and S&OP actions.

As a Sales and Operations Planning professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the S&OP process and ensuring compliance with Head Quarter governance, including output graphs/datasets, KPIs, and actions.
• Communicating with regional and product line S&OP planners to understand business trends, opportunities, and demand forecasts.
• Collaborating with sales and service delivery teams to create regional forecasts (12-18 months).
• Aggregating regional forecasts into a global product line forecast.
• Netting demand plans against inventory to develop regional net demand plans.
• Aligning demand plans with regional supply plans.
• Working with operations to locate existing inventory or substitutions for open orders.
• Scheduling and leading monthly S&OP calls.
• Developing and prioritizing continuous improvement projects to maximize S&OP value.
• Ensuring demand, supply, and other signals are aligned and communicated effectively.
• Managing product lifecycle aspects for new and obsolete products within the S&OP process.
• Defining and implementing standards for MTS, MTO, CTO, and ETO in the S&OP process.
• Leading the S&OP and forecasting team, including training, development, and career growth.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Possess an additional 2 years of experience specifically in sales and operations planning.
• Be able to work with and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
