Job Description

The client is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in the UAE and international markets, specializing in residential projects. They focus on delivering high-quality developments while maintaining operational excellence and market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including systems, logistics, pre- and post-sales processes, events, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support sales objectives and business plans.
  • Lead the sales operations support team, establishing clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Improve sales processes and operational efficiency to enhance overall performance.
  • Work closely with senior management to align sales operations with broader company goals.
  • Supervise property showings, client meetings, and transaction processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of sales operations.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in sales operations, with a focus on residential real estate in the GCC region.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in real estate/development.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
