About the Role

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join a leading UK-based real estate company, managing operations in both the UAE and the UK. This role is based in Dubai but will follow UK business timings.

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional results. You will play a key role in building sales strategies, coaching the team, and working closely with senior leadership to align targets across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement performance strategies that support business growth.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with UK leadership, marketing, and operations for aligned execution.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the escalation point for sales matters.
  • Ensure best practices are adopted across UAE and UK operations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within real estate.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a KPI-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to UK working hours while based in Dubai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
