Job summary

OVO Luxury Signature is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive sales growth and oversee daily operations across our luxury fashion and garment manufacturing business in the UAE.

You will connect clients with production, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, accounts and management to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time, while leading a cross-functional team and building strong relationships with brands and wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and operations.
• Experience in fashion, garment manufacturing, luxury retail or textiles is preferred.
• UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with fashion brands, boutiques, retailers and wholesale clients.
• Manage client meetings, quotations, negotiations, orders and payment follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate samples, production schedules, order quantities and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor purchasing, raw materials, inventory, warehouse and order fulfilment.
• Ensure orders are correctly entered and updated in Odoo or Zoho.
• Coordinate with production and quality-control teams to resolve delays or defects.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, returns and after-sales support.
• Monitor pricing, costs, profit margins and operational efficiency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, order, inventory and performance reports.
• Improve processes to reduce costs, delays, errors and material waste.
