Job Description:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
2. Drive sales growth through lead generation, follow-ups, and closing new facility management contracts.
3. Coordinate daily operations with the technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
4. Update and maintain daily operational and sales reports.
5. Handle quotations, proposals, and contract follow-ups.
6. Monitor ongoing service agreements and ensure SLA compliance.
7. Support the team in administrative tasks related to operations and client documentation.
8. Attend site visits and client meetings as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2. 2–3 years of proven experience in facility management within the UAE.
3. Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
