The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for data processing and reporting, providing valuable insights to increase the efficiency of the Sales Force (SF), utilizing IQVIA, CRM, and other data sources, developing tools and reports to assess sales team performance. Their role involves analyzing and interpreting data, regularly sharing detailed reports with key stakeholders, complete with observations and actionable comments. Additionally, they will serve as the data validation reference for multiple Sales Operations dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Their responsibilities include supporting the Senior Sales Operations Manager, preparing performance reports, communicating insights to stakeholders, developing evaluation tools, and continuously identifying trends and best practices to enhance overall sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) with IQVIA, overseeing the addition and deletion of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and ensuring process validation.
  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for data validation in all dashboards in which sales operations are involved.
  • Prepare Sales Force (SF) Effectiveness Reports & Scorecards, including Sales Target/Realization (Weekly & Monthly) and CRM/Activity reports, for regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Generate Sales Target Reports to allocate sales targets to the Sales Force on a quarterly/semesterly basis.
  • Serve as the CRM Tool Expert (VEEVA), acting as the liaison between the Sales Team and the global CRM team for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on Veeva, and leading developmental projects with the global team.
  • Manage and maintain the Veeva Database to monitor and prepare reports on the sales team’s visit activities.
  • Address Ad-Hoc Reporting Requirements from relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Design the Sales Incentive program, implementing the Sales Incentive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and preparing incentive payout reports quarterly/semesterly in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Conduct Refreshment Trainings on Veeva CRM, weekly/monthly reports, and incentive processes for the sales team on a periodic basis.
  • Analyze data to draw conclusions, identify best and worst practices, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in Multi-Channel Engagement Processes, identifying target customer data sets.
  • Design and prepare Brand Value and Customer Segmentation Reports, sharing them with the Sales Force for quarterly customer targeting.
  • Deliver Individual Development Plan (IDP) Training on Lilly Sales Operations to new hires, including Sales Representatives (SRs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), Access Managers, and Business Unit Directors (BUDs).
  • Control Personal Information Usage Permissions in Veeva CRM managing the anonymization process.
  • Lead Affiliate Targeting Exercises and collaborate with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Quarterly Targeting Plan, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager/Lead Team in sales force sizing and prepare necessary data.
  • Prepare Data for Semesterly Calibration Exercises.
  • Launch and monitor surveys uploaded on VEEVA CRM.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Statistics.

Experience:

  • 2 years of work experience is required.
  • Previous work in a pharmaceutical company is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extremely committed.
  • Ability to multitask with strict deadlines and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven strength in command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Prior knowledge of Veeva CRM Tool preferred.
  • Min. Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Experience in Power BI & Tableau preferred.
