Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the renewable energy sector
• Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Support monitoring, enhance policies, recruit and train regional compliance leaders, and strengthen self-sufficient compliance systems in global operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management

Key Requirements:

• Degree or certification in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in sales / sales operations within the renewable industry
• Proficiency in people engagement and customer management.
• Strong communication skill is required.
