• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and oils.
• Explain fragrance ingredients, differences in concentration (e.g., Eau de Parfum vs. Attar), and usage.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the sales area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail sales; experience in perfume or cosmetic sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fragrances and ability to describe scents effectively.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is an added advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are a plus.
