sales Merchandiser - Electronic Appliances

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors to promote and sell electronic appliances.
2. Create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an organized and strategic manner to attract customer attention.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly at all times.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize sales.
5. Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for retail staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell the products.
6. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
8. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
9. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve merchandising techniques and optimize sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the electronic appliances industry.
3. Knowledge of electronic appliances and their features and specifications.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
7. Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
