Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors to promote and sell electronic appliances.
- Create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an organized and strategic manner to attract customer attention.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly at all times.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for retail staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell the products.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuously seek ways to improve merchandising techniques and optimize sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the electronic appliances industry.
- Knowledge of electronic appliances and their features and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
