Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing is preferred for senior roles.
Professional Experience:
  • Entry-level: 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Mid-level/Senior: 3-8+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creativity and adaptability to market trends.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
