Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance Oils / Perfumery Compounds

Mandatory Experience in Fragrance Oils / Perfumery Compounds Industry.

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary : AED 10,000 12,000 per month + Car & Mobile Allowance

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage B2B sales of fragrance oils and perfumery compounds.
• Identify and approach manufacturers of fine fragrances, body sprays, deodorants, attars, and bakhoor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the perfumery industry.
• Execute marketing strategies to promote product offerings across the GCC region.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the Arabian perfumery sector.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
• Coordinate with the technical team for sampling, pricing, and product development needs.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing of fragrance oils or perfumery compounds.
• Proven track record of selling to manufacturers in relevant product categories (fine fragrance, body spray, deodorant, attar, bakhoor, etc.).
• Strong network and familiarity with clients in the Arabian perfumery market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
• Preferred : Experience working with reputed fragrance houses.
