Job description

1.Assists sales and marketing manager to manage relationship with the local, regional and international media to promote the image of company and ensure awareness of company's role and its achievements.

2.Serves as the primary contact for media enquiries and other requests for company information, actively seeking and making use of opportunities to represent company at public meetings and promoting the image of company.

3.Prepares branding material, real estate collaterals and other editorial content as required by other departments to ensure the desired impact on the target audience.

4.Identifies target clients and markets in consultation with sales and marketing team.

5.Coordinates and facilitates communication between company and local / regional media companies.

6.Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements in leasing and selling properties.

7.Represents company existing and upcoming developments for leasing and selling in the business exhibitions.

8.Communicate marketing programs to internal and external stakeholders.

9.Maintains good understanding of all company properties available for leasing and selling.

10.Performs any other relevant task as directed by chief property officer and sales and marketing manager.

11.Capable of drafting marketing RFPs, evaluating and analyzing submissions

12.Adept in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing spend strong digital and social media analytics skills

13.Managing marketing RFPs from release, to evaluating, assessing and executing

14.Competitor mapping, analyzing marketing trends and bring in best practices to the organization

15.Strong google analytics and campaign management skills. Ideally a google certified professional

Qualifications

1. Bachelors in any field preferably with specialization in marketing management

2.4-9 years’ experience with at least 3 years of relevant communication and brand management experience in real estate sector
