Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales and Marketing Team
Attend to telephone, fax, and email inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate all FamTrips and site inspections as required by the Sales and Marketing team
Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic) for the Sales and Marketing Team
Preparation of team rosters, vacation plans, and attendance reports and timely submission to the HR department
Facilitate the Sales and Marketing team in processing gift vouchers for various resort experiences
Support the Sales and Marketing team with the submission and approval of complimentary forms on the Onex application
Provide assistance to Sales and Marketing in processing and approving invoices and LPOs on Future Log
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly overall reporting for the Sales team, both Leisure and MICE sections
Assist the Sales department with travel arrangements during Sales trips, duties include booking flights, hotel bookings, travel expense reports, etc.
Keep constant updates on the database of customers in liaison with the Reservation/Revenue Manager & Director of Sales
Maintain an updated data system on the Sales & Marketing System (OPERA) of Ground Handlers, DMCs, Conference Organizers, Incentive Houses & Venue finders
Assist with the compilation of annual budgets, business plans, and regular action plans
Coordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items
Stock control and ordering of department collateral
Assist with the preparation of new products and services
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Attend monthly Sales meetings
Work in line with business needs
Be aware of the Credit Policy
Be fully aware of Raffles standards

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or marketing role (preferred)
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering Sales & Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understands the local culture and has worked in the region
