Sales & Marketing Director – Luxury services (Arabic or / and European languages are highly preferred)
You’ll be joining the senior management team of a well-established luxury services provider group in the region to drive further growth!
Great opportunity for a revenue / numbers focussed performance marketing professional, ideally with some experience managing a numbers driven innovative marketing function in a start-up, with strong understanding of pricing and analytical tools. You also need to have a previous exposure to targeting luxury services audience in the region.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market share through innovation and new age marketing strategies
- Drive a customer-centric marketing approach, ensuring all initiatives are relevant, commercially viable, and differentiated
- Align marketing with sales initiatives to meet the business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration
- Establish marketing frameworks and execution discipline, using key metrics to assess user acquisition, conversion, engagement, satisfaction and renewal
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and minimise costs
- Ensure strong launch execution for new products and features (product road map), ensuring strong messaging, differentiated positioning, and customer adoption strategies
- Ensure clear strategy and execution for pricing and market penetration strategies
- Facilitate cross functional communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives
- Integrate marketing communications, ensuring consistent branding and messaging to customers
- Drive excellence using digital-first, data-powered marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty
- Champion content marketing

- Develop a strong storytelling approach
- Build credibility and trust among key customer stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Key requirements :
- Arabic and / or European languages in addition to fluent English (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
- Minimum 10 years’ experience driving the sales & marketing function performance in reputable luxury services provider organisations, with strong understanding of pricing and analytical tools
- Some experience managing a numbers driven innovative marketing function in a start-up would be an advantage
- Some exposure to sales & marketing in mature economies (UK, US / Canada, Australia etc) would be highly desired
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar seniority - Director / VP / Head of Marketing - is a must
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in substantial revenue growth and cost optimisation
- A methodical approach to marketing, with experience in building and implementing structured processes, performance metrics, and effective training programs
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Financial acumen in setting and managing key performance metrics & budgets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading and motivating marketing teams
- Strong judgment
- A lateral thinker with a strong ability to analyse a high volume of often disjointed and unfamiliar information, identify problems and possible resolutions
