Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage vendor registration processes with developers and key stakeholders.
• Organize and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and partners to build and sustain strong relationships.
• Coordinate registration with relevant government entities and obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop and execute basic marketing strategies, particularly through social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, registrations, and approvals.
• Monitor market trends in the construction and contracting sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing within the construction or contracting industry in UAE.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
