Sales & Marketing Assistant to support their expanding commercial efforts. What You’ll DoYou’ll act as a hybrid between Sales Development and Marketing Support, responsible for managing leads, driving engagement, and supporting conversion across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
- Proactively follow up with leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) or closed deals.
- Book discovery/demo calls and manage communications throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM hygiene – ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.
- Prepare light proposals, quotes, or follow-up documentation where required.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, content, and social media.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Repurpose marketing content for use in sales outreach campaigns.
What You Bring:
- Experience in a Sales Support, SDR, or Marketing Assistant role.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and marketing tools.
- Confident communicator via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Creative flair and an interest in content marketing is a plus.
